Agile Service Development: Combining Adaptive Methods and Flexible Solutions
Economies world wide have developed into being principally service-oriented economies. shoppers now not simply desire a printer or a automobile, they really ask for a printing provider or a mobility carrier. furthermore, service-oriented companies more and more take advantage of new units, applied sciences and infrastructures.

1 it has been known that the flow division technique is a reliable method for measuring the single phase flow rate. Its main advantage is to use a small size meter to measure the total flow in a large flow pipe. If this method can be used in gas-liquid twophase flow, then we can use a small size separator in the bypass loop to separate the twophase mixture passing through the bypass loop into single phase gas and liquid and consequently measuring them by conventional single phase flowmeters, thus the problem of two-phase flow rate measurement can simply be solved.

Fluctuation is an inherent feature of two-phase flow that makes the instruments unsteady and unreliable. Nevertheless some researchers consider it as useful information to determine the phase fraction or flowrate of a two-phase flow (Beg and Toral ,1993; Ferreira ,1997; Wang and Tong ,1995; Xu et al ,2003). A separation means for twophase flow measurement that does not employ large separator may be a good choice (Liou ,1995; Turkowski ,2004). 1 it has been known that the flow division technique is a reliable method for measuring the single phase flow rate.
