Such a list can be used to guide the company's recruitment efforts. 3 Match staff to projects There are two stages to matching staff to projects: identifying potential project team members (identify options for staffing the project) and actually selecting a project team. 1 Identify people for projects For a given set of project skill requirements people can be identified who hold the required skills or are suitable to train.
